This current virus is a new subtype of influenza A(H1N1) that is not previously detected in swine or humans, and it spreads by human-to-human transmission. The symptoms are similar to seasonal flu like nasal congestion, cough and sore throat, fever, body aches, headache, chills, fatigue. So, how do we avoid it? We should stay in good health so that our body is strong enough to fight the virus. We should have enough sleep every day, eat fruits and vegetables, we drink plenty of water or fluids, manage stress, and avoid close contact with other people who are sick.
