Get Ready to Shine

  • Drink at least 1.2 liters of water a day – more when the weather is warm or you are active. Without it your body can’t carry away toxins or deliver nutrients to your cells.
  • Get a good night’s sleep to give your cells a chance to regenerate and repair.
  • Keep moving to stimulate your circulation to deliver nutrients to your skin, hair and nails.
  • Keep your alcohol intake to a minimum. Alcohol dehydrates the skin and robs it of vital nutrients. It also dilates blood vessels near the surface of the skin, causing the appearance of red capillaries around the nose and cheeks.

    OH yeahh.. I agree Fhaye! :) Although drinking water gets me peeing like every 5 minutes! LOL!

    Nowadays, I must drink at least 3 tumblers of 800mls a day!
