Mango - most eaten tropical fruit
My father picked these green mangoes. And those were only come from one tree. We are going to keep some of them and wait until they are fully matured or become ripe. Some people say that it’s more delicious if you eat green mangoes matched with salted fish or bagoong. Anyway, do you know that an average mango provides more than a day’s dose of Vitamin C, two-thirds of Vitamin A, nearly half vitamin E, almost a quarter of fiber, and useful amounts of potassium, iron and nicotinic acid. It also tastes wonderful, so it’s not surprising that it’s probably the most eaten of all tropical fruits. It’s a bonus that anything tasting this good is so healthy and a source of extremely powerful, protective antioxidants.
