I have quite a few things to do for a couple of weeks. The reason why I can’t post here regularly. Sorry guys! Actually my daughter is not used to live with me. She lives with my parents in our province. But this time, my girl is around, so I’m lucky enough. But wait, she doesn’t have a sitter or someone who will take care of her. Well, my husband doesn’t have an office work right now but he’s kind of hands full. He needs to patch up a bunch of things.

Anyway, while browsing some useful apps in my iPhone, I stumbled across at my favorite app about facts in life.

Bananas are a great way to reduce depression, lower anxiety levels and to keep one calm during stressful times. In addition all the vitamins included make it a great food!

Fruits are really rich in vitamins, but sometimes too much eating of fruits can cause diabetes.
